1. YOUNG GUNS MUST BE AGES 10 -15
*Women of any age can race in Young Guns class.*(At Track Officials discretion)
Stock Autos only, except as stated!
2. Any American or foreign 1970 or later 4-cylinder car allowed except as stated: No trucks, convertibles, or station wagons. 2 wheel drive cars only. No turbo or fuel injection cars. No multi-carburetor engines. No rotary, mid, rear engine, or Cosworth engine cars.
No engine with more than two (2) valves per cylinder.
3. Engine must be stock. Max .080 overbore .No to exceed 2500 cc. Car must weigh llb. per cc. 2000 lb mim All engines must be stock or as stated: Aluminum cam gear or pulley allowed. Solid lift carn .425 max. Lift with .025 valve lash, hydraulic cams 425 with .000 lash at valve. Stock carburetor for make .On fords must run Weber. On Chevy must run Rochester. Only 1in, spacer plate with one thin gasket. Stock cast iron exhaust manifold. No factory header. Clutch, pressure plate must be stock may cut fly
wheel 16lb min. Any stock production head. No porting or polishing. Competition (3) angle valve job permitted, must not go below guide boss. No hand blending under valve. Stock diameter valves and springs. Valve spring dampener ok .Any steel rods. Toyota
1600 &1800 piston dome .235 in. max. with 201'or 221'head can dome max. .125 in. Any wet sump oil pan.
4. Brakes must be stock. No brake adjusters, no drill rotor or drums.
5. Suspension: Caster and camber plate OK , may cut lower A Frame for caster camber adjustment. Adjustable cups or plates under spring on front Ok, lower blocks or adjustable cups ok on rear. Can tie frame together on top of floor pan only.
6. No altering of car, this means any part of car, front bumper or rear bumper unless it is stated in these rules. All hood and trunk hinges can be removed. May run home made body with factory body lines. Hoods may be aluminum but must be close at rear. (Alternation) tube from front bumper to shock tower only.
* After market front and rear bumper covers may be used.
* All headlights and taillights must be removed with all holes covered.
* Battery can be relocated but must be mounted in an enclosed box that has been securely mounted to the floor pan of car with
two straps 118"thick and 1-112"wide that are across the top of the box and also secured to the floor pan with W' bolts.
* Fuel cell required. Must meet rules for fuel cell. Cutting of hole in trunk is OK.
* Dash may be removed. Must have fabricated dash. Interior spoiler can be no higher than dash.
* Cutting of interior body panels OK. Should not be excessive.
* May run a2 Y2in. hood scoop, must be boxed in.
* Hoop bar OK around radiator.
* Hood and deck lid can be gutted.
* Driveshaft no less than 1 Y2dia. Painted white.
* May run 6 "x 60" rear spoiler, must be self supporting, can not go over side of quarter panels, no spill plates.
* Aftermarket bushings in A-frames, and trailing arms ok.
7. Wheels: Any 7" steel wheel or factory steel wheels.. Bead lock on right rear ok . Any
offsets and wheel spacers ok.
8. Tires: 60 or 70 series steel belted radials only. No racing retreads.
9. Transmission must have all working gears, no lighting of rear end gear and no spools.
10. Boxing of interior will be permitted.
11. All cars must meet safety and roll cage requirements that are outlined in this rule book.
12. NOTE: Anything not covered or mentioned in the previous rules has to be ruled on when brought up. Track official's decision will be final. The above rules may be amended at any time. If you have any question about a rule or rules, you should ask the
technical inspector. Do not just do what you think is right.
13. PROTEST (3 things only) $300 with track retaining $100. Bottom end only $400 with track retaining $100
14. Fuel Pump gas or Turbo Blue.

Racing, stock, or cherry bomb type ok
- 1980 or newer front wheel drive passenger cars. No all wheel drive or all wheel steering cars. No convertibles, trucks, or station wagons.
- Body must maintain orginal dimensions.
- Floor pan, trunk pan, front and rear inner wheel wells must remain stock and stock location.
- Interior trim must be removed: carpet, side panels, ect.
- 3 trash bars added in front of driver
- Must have at least 2 hood pins to hold shut
- Where back seat was located, add 20 gauge sheet medal cover, if fuel tank is located behind rear axel.
- Fabricated dash boards not allowed, must be stock
- Door must be welded shut and in stock position.
- Must remove head lights
- Only remove metal from door to allow clearance around roll cage door bars.
- 4 pt. cage min. 1 1/4 inch tubing
- 3 driver door bars manditoary
- No nitrous, racing or pump gas only
ENGINE
- Must remain in stock location
- Must remain 4 cylinder as delivered by factory
- No turbo or super charged engines. No Cosworth or rotary engines.
- On engine or drive train, No factory or after market high performance parts allowed.
- Stock carburetor of fuel injection system to match car being competed in.
WHEELS:
- All wheels on car must be same size.
- Tires must have DOT stamp for highway use.
SEAT AND BELTS
- Rear seat must be removed
- Must have shoulder straps
- Aluminum racing seat and straps recommended.
SUSPENSION
- No adjustable strut bushing
- No altering of stock location , shocks, or struts
- Only stock supsension parts allowed
- No cutting or lightening for parts allowed.
- Springs may not be heated or shortened to lower car.
- Quick release steering wheels OK
