Weight: 3400 lbs. with driver after race.

NO MIRRORS on outside of car AND ALL DRIVERS MUST HAVE A TRACK APPOVED RADIOS.  Any driver caught will be disqualified.

American cars only 1960-up with 101 inch wheel base.

No high performance parts.

No altering or channeling of body allowed.  Must have full stock floor plan.

Trunk area can be cut out.  The interior of floor can be cut for instillation of cage only.

Must have stock firewall in original location with all holes filled or covered.

Must have firewall separating driver from fuel cell and trunk area. 

Front inside wheel wells can be cut or removed.

No skirts or anything that alters the stock appearance.

Front and rear bumpers must remain stock.  Rubber nose allowed.

5 inch spoiler with no side supports.

FRAME AND SUSPENTION

                   Frame must be stock

                No altering or shortening of frame.  Front and rear suspension must be in stock position except as stated.  Adjustable or non-adjustable spring buckets allowed.

Tube A-Frame on top ok.

                   Leaf or coil springs can be changed to stronger leafs or coils of the same type.

                   Lowering blocks allowed. non-asjustable

                   Cutting of coil springs allowed.  Rubber shims on rear coils allowed.

                   Any stock type shock mounted in original position.

                   No reinforcing of any suspension parts.

                   Heavy-duty OEM steering and suspension parts allowed.

                   Racing removable steering wheel allowed and recommended.

ENGINE

                   Chevy 350, Ford 351, Windsor Chrysler 360

                   No GT-40 Ford Heads

                   No Vortec Heads

                   Maximun .040 overbore.

                    No closed chamber heads.

                   Stock heads. No high performance heads. Like 461 or 461X, 041

                   and similar heads

                   Intake Valves 1.94. Exhaust Valves 1.50.

                   1.54 exhaust values for Fords heads

                   No Porting or Polishing Heads or Intake. No bowtie Intakes.

                   Stock valve spring size.

                   Stock rockers.

                   3/8 screw in studs and guide plates allowed.

                   Poly locks permitted.

                  Stock intake manifolds, No high performance intake, cast iron only. One carb.     Quadrate jet or Holly 650 #4777 with 1 inch.  No modificationsexcept choke flap removal or Autolight for Ford.  Steel block only.   Any 5.7 stock apperaring rod (ex: eagle sir, scat i-beam) and crankshaft,48lbs. No turning or grinding.

                   Flat top or dish pistons, 2 or 4 eyebrows.

                   Motor can be balanced.

                   No altering crank.

                   Hydraulic lifters.  Max cam lift 425 checked with solid lifter at 0 lash.

                   Stock type ignition no MDS type magnets. No Digital module.

                   Engine stock location

                   Pump gas or Racing fuel only.

                    No 4/7 swopcams. 

All cars with automatic transmission with forward and reverse. Stock torque converters only 11" min. 3 speed cast iom transmission with 200 lb weight with 10.5 inch  stock appearing clutch

BODIES

Drivers suits, gloves, wind shield bars and window nets are mandatory. No short pants allowed.

Fire extinguisher: A 2 lb. fire extinguisher in good working order is required.

 Drive shafts must be painted white, with car number painted on it and it must be protected by a safety loop.

EXHAUST

                   Stock manifolds or headers.

                   All cars must have fuel cells in metal container

                   Must have track approved muffler. No modifying.

DRIVE TRAIN

                   Drive shaft stock for model of car and painted white.

                   A "U" or square type safety loop on front of drive shaft is mandatory.  Must be 1/8 thick and 1 inches wide.

                   Stock passenger rear ends only.  No interchanging from Ford to GM.  Any gear ratio allowed.

                   Locked or limited slip rear ends allowed.

ROLL CAGE

                   All cars must have 4 post cage with forward and rear bracing.  Hoop bar around radiator is allowed.

                   Can extend through firewall.

                   All parts of the roll cage must be within the confines of the car body.

                   All cars must have a chain on front and rear of car for wrecker hook up. THERE WILL BE A $20.00 OR 20 POINT FINE EVERY TIME THE WRECKER HAS TO PICK-UP A CAR WITHOUT A WRECKER HOOK UP.

TIRES                   One flat tire change per main event.

                   ANY 70 SERIES TIRE with 8 inch steel rim. ( bead locks will be fine)

PROTEST

                   $300.00.  Three items may be protested.  $100.00 will go to track for          expenses    Three items from this list only: bore and stroke, heads, intake, cam, carburetor, engine placement, wheel base, weight    transfer devices, traction control devices, fuel or ignition.

                  Bottom end $400.00. $100.00 will go to track for expenses.

                   All protest must come within 5 minutes of winner taking the checkered flag.

Any driver winning three (3) straight races must start at the rear of the next main at the speedway unless it is a special or double points race.

NOTE: ANYTHING NOT COVERED OR MENTIONED IN THIS RULE BOOK HAS TO BE RULED ON WHEN BROUGHT UP.  TRACK OFFICIAL HAS FINAL SAY.
